Six people have been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Seath Tyler Jackson, including his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend Amber Wright; her boyfriend, 18-year-old Michael Bargo, friends Justin Soto 20,Kyle Hooper 16 , Charlie Ely 18,and adult James Haven 37.
Seath Jackson was said to be "A bright kid who always had a comeback for you" by neighbors and deeply mourned by family and friends.
Seath's Jackson's untimely murder started over arguments with ex-girlfriend Amber Wright on Facebook in mid March.Wright and Jackson continued to go back and forth into April with Jackson making comments stating
Seath: (to Amber) “ok (derogatory name) your hous is giting (burned) the (expletive) down with your (expletive) in it with your moma kyle your (expletive) dady and yo (expletive) boy frind and i will dip out but ummmmm just for the recered how does it feel to be cheated on”
Amber: (to Seath) “Yuur nothing but a huge (expletive) joke! All yuu know how to do is bitch tlk (expletive) and whine when yuu dont get what yuu want! Get over the fact that i left yuu. Get the (expletive) over YOURSELF bro! Yuur not needed here any (expletive) more. So catch the ...hint and dip out! I don't need yuu for (expletive) anymore. So just pack up and leave me be (epithet)! Trust me im sure yuu can do it, its really not hard. But then again it might be hard for yuu. The five were gathered at the house Sunday "when Michael Bargo began to speak of his hatred for the victim Seath Jackson," authorities wrote the 16-year-old boy told them. "The conversation then turned into a plan to lure Seath to the residence so that Michael Bargo could kill him with the assistance of other persons."
Jackson received a text from Wright,Sunday claiming to want to get back with him."I wouldn't fall for that," 16-year-old Brittnay Jones told Jackson, she recalled to The Associated Press.Jackson didn't heed his friends warning and proceeded to meet Wright at what turned out to be a set up.
Jackson was first beaten by Bargo and Soto and shot two times by Bargo.In the struggle Jackson tried to get away but was hit over the head with an ax handle,beaten, and then shot another four times. After, it is reported by Authorities say that Bargo put Jackson in the bathtub,and broke both kneecaps.Realizing that Jackson was still alive Bargo shot him again ending his life.
Afterward, the group hog tied Jackson's body and put him in a fire pit in the backyard and proceeded to burn his body for several hours. They then took the ashes and distributed them into 5 gallon paint cans.The house was then scoured and bleached to get rid of the blood.Havens stated that he arrived after to help put the ashes in the paint can and dispose of other evidence.
Jackson's parents reported him missing Monday believing he might be a possible runaway. Authorities said they learned of the slaying Tuesday after Havens' wife brought her son into custody because he stated "Seath's not missing he's dead".Ely another acomplice maintains that she stayed in the bedroom before shots were fired
In my opinion this heinous crime is a tragic mess. Where were the parents when their kids were sending death threats over a website? I feel bad for them but everyone should learn a lesson from this, that our youth is misguided and we need to get back to raising our children.These are teenagers who have watched a little bit too much television and have played too many over the top games that are taking them to a alternate reality that is seeping into reality.
